Monica Luthra, DO

Monica Luthra, DO is a board certified Internal Medicine Physician, and a native of Buffalo, NY.

After graduating high school in 1999 from the Nichols School, Dr. Luthra pursued a degree in Communications from Boston College in Newton, Massachusetts. While there, she studied abroad in Florence, Italy, and found her love for fashion. Upon graduating college in 2003, she moved to New York City where she worked as a fashion merchandiser for Kenneth Cole Jewelry at the former Liz Claiborne Inc. and then Perry Ellis International. It was during that time that Dr. Luthra revisited her desire for medicine.

She then completed a post-baccalaureate program in premedical science at New York University in 2008.

Dr. Luthra holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Erie, Pennsylvania that she received in 2013. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Nova Southeastern University, Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2016.

Dr.Luthra is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr.Luthra moved back to Buffalo, NY to join her parents in practice at the newly renamed Luthra Medical Associates, formerly known as Hurley Medical Center located at 2075 Kensington Avenue in Snyder, NY.  As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Luthra takes a patient focused approach and is currently accepting new patients.
